On March 21, 2023, Google opened access to its AI chatbot Bard to the public. Users in the United States and the United Kingdom could join a waitlist.
Google CEO Sundar Pichai stated in a recent interview with The New York Times podcast that a more powerful language model is on the way, and an upgraded version of Bard will soon be launched. Pichai mentioned, "We have more capable models. Bard will be better at answering math problems, improving reasoning, and programming abilities."
